




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative-focused HR Assistant to provide direct support, ensuring document organization, incident control, and frontline assistance to employees. Development and implementation of HR processes We are looking for an **HR Assistant** with a strong administrative focus to provide direct support to the HR Coordination team. The purpose of this position is to ensure document organization, personnel incident control, and frontline assistance to employees, guaranteeing that internal processes are executed accurately and within established timelines. **Requirements:** * Excel proficiency * Microsoft Office suite knowledge * Knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax Law (LISR), and Social Security Law (LIMSS) * Completed bachelor’s degree * Minimum 1 year verifiable experience **Skills and competencies:** * Personnel management * Organization * Teamwork * Sense of responsibility * Conflict resolution * Effective communication * Working under pressure * Decision-making confidence **General function:** Develop, implement, and ensure correct execution of the organization’s HR area processes, procedures, policies, and programs, monitoring performance through KPIs and continuously improving the department. ***Specific functions:*** * Implement performance evaluations and workplace climate surveys. * Implement and monitor onboarding and training programs across departments. * Develop recruitment and selection programs. * Implement development and training needs at all organizational levels. * Manage organizational charts and job descriptions for the entire organization. * Support the internal Civil Protection program. * Assist with payroll incidents/audits, payroll calculation, and disbursement. * Prepare, control, and monitor KPIs. **We offer:** * Work schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm * Biweekly payments * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Savings fund: 6.5% * Grocery vouchers * Free uniforms * Growth opportunities * Salary increases based on competencies * Transportation service for entry and exit (certain zones) Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $12,000.00 \- $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Work location: On-site employment
