Paid training. **EDUCATION:** Completed high school. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** Experience in warehouse storage. Basic Excel knowledge. Inventory. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Receive and classify various types of documents (e.g., multi-transaction receipts, investment certificates, credit files, accounting vouchers, legal opinions, promissory notes, original written-off credit documents, etc.) sent by branches to ensure secure storage and rapid retrieval upon request by any department within the institution. 2. Assist in collecting local documentation for storage and information safeguarding. 3. Validate and register received documentation against databases or lists to maintain appropriate information control. 4. Organize and safeguard documentation from various departments according to document type to ensure successful storage and compliance with established processes. 5. Purge documents in accordance with guidelines for information and supporting asset (LEDOS12) elimination and destruction, aligned with information security policies and authorized by the respective department, to monitor warehouse capacity and coordinate receipt of various documents. 6.
