Responsibilities: The Administrative Operations Coordinator ensures office operations run smoothly, receives, organizes, and digitizes important documents to enable easy retrieval. Monitors sufficient office supplies, ensures office equipment functions properly, and coordinates with vendors. Supports the administrative team with basic document organization tasks. Collects requests from other departments and ensures timely resolution or proper escalation. Manages appointment scheduling for other departments, ensuring better control over both new and existing staff.
