Position Summary: Responsible for providing warm service and verifying spa reservations, contributing to product sales and ensuring guest satisfaction. Key Points: 1. Luxury hotel experience required 2. Knowledge of guest preferences and tastes to ensure repeat visits 3. Maintenance of the highest cleanliness standards in the Spa and gym Responsible for delivering warm service and verifying reservations in accordance with Spa standards and procedures; also contributes to the sale of available products. Acts as the liaison between guests and the Spa, exceeding guest expectations and needs during their stay at the Spa and gym. Must understand guest preferences and tastes to ensure repeat visits. Also responsible for maintaining the highest standards throughout the hotel during daily duties, ensuring complete cleanliness of equipment, therapies, and Spa operations.
