This role is critical to ensuring the onboarding of strategic profiles that drive organizational growth. **Responsibilities:** * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for managerial and executive positions. * Collaborate with area leaders to define job profiles. * Design and implement strategies to attract specialized talent. * Conduct direct sourcing (headhunting) across various sources and platforms. * Evaluate candidates based on competencies and conduct in-depth interviews. * Track candidates and coordinate recruitment processes with internal clients. * Prepare recruitment reports and metrics. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years’ experience recruiting managerial and executive profiles (MANDATORY).** * Experience in headhunting and using job boards and LinkedIn. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and results-oriented mindset. * High level of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information. * English (preferred) **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Professional development opportunities * Excellent work environment **If you meet the profile and are seeking a new professional challenge, apply through this channel.**
