At Pets & Paws we are looking for a **Receptionist for afternoon shift** with excellent customer service skills and a love for animals. The person will be responsible for providing kind and efficient service to pet owners, assisting with appointment scheduling, handling payments, and keeping the reception area organized. **Responsibilities**: * Attend to customers at the front desk and via phone. * Schedule and confirm appointments. * Record patient check-ins and check-outs. * Process payments and issue receipts. * Perform basic administrative support tasks. * Keep the reception area clean and orderly. * Direct inquiries to the appropriate department. **Requirements**: * Must be over 18 years old. * Experience in customer service (ideally in a reception role). * Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp Business. * Excellent communication skills, good personal appearance, and a service-oriented attitude. * Punctuality, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. * Passion and empathy for animals.
