




Position Summary: Receives and assists guests, manages room assignments, ensures compliance with payment policies, and sells hotel services with a focus on customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive guest assistance from check-in to check-out. 2. Promotion of hotel services and upselling to enhance the guest stay. 3. Maintenance of a clean and organized workspace. · Greet guests in a friendly and respectful manner, providing all necessary information during check-in. · Assign rooms. · Ensure guests provide a payment guarantee upon arrival. · Ensure guests sign the registration card. · Know operating hours, locations, and menus of the hotel’s food & beverage outlets, and actively promote them, including upselling. · Report pending items to the Guest Experience Manager for clear and concise logging in the Reception Pending Log. · After guest check-in, ensure a bellboy accompanies the guest to their room. · Maintain the front desk and general work area clean and organized. · Verify that guest check-out proceeds smoothly and complies with the hotel’s billing policies. · The receptionist must be familiar with room type inventory, locations, and key features to deliver superior service and meet guest expectations regarding their room.
