




Job Summary: We are seeking a dog-loving receptionist to ensure friendly service for customers and their pets, promoting services and products with a focus on customer service and assertive communication. EDUCATION: HIGH SCHOOL OR ADMINISTRATIVE TECHNICAL DEGREE EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR IN RECEPTION OR CUSTOMER SERVICE LOVE FOR DOGS IS MANDATORY OBJECTIVE: ENSURE FRIENDLY SERVICE FOR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR DOGS IN ACCORDANCE WITH DOG CAMP STANDARDS AND PROMOTE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS TO MEET TARGETS. WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9:00 AM TO 7:00 PM; SATURDAY 9:00 AM TO 2:00 PM COMPETENCIES: PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, CUSTOMER SERVICE, ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION, TEAMWORK. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide personalized customer service by addressing and/or routing customer requests to the appropriate person. Receive dogs and escort them to their designated service area, identifying items and food brought in by Dog Camp guests. Follow the dog intake procedure, collecting information required to complete the contract and intake form. Answer incoming phone calls and provide requested information to customers. Maintain the schedule for bathing and grooming services, making reminder calls to customers. Manage the petty cash assigned, complying with internal control requirements.
