Join our team as a Harvest Supervisor, where your main responsibilities will be: * Arrive at the harvest site 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to organize activities. * Conduct a physical inspection of the lot prior to harvest to assess harvest quality. * Monitor harvest activities themselves, ensuring proper cutting techniques and appropriate machinery handling while adhering to ranch regulations. * Support tracking of repairs before and during harvest to minimize downtime caused by machinery breakdowns. * Notify the plant of any delays occurring during harvest operations. * Validate staff incidents and sign relevant forms. Profile Sought * Degree in Agronomy, Agro-Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience managing personnel. * Class A driver’s license and experience operating standard vehicles. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
