




**COOK (Shift Supervisor)** Ensure customer experience by managing and maintaining operational quality in the kitchen, including assurance of stock levels, supplies, and staffing. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Guarantee that food production processes at the branch are carried out according to established recipes, meeting the required presentation standards. \- Establish and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels, and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventories. \- Ensure proper use and adherence to recipe books and manuals, supervising staff compliance with established procedures. \- Promote the development of assigned personnel by conducting training activities and holding communication meetings with kitchen staff, consistently fostering company culture. \- Ensure the 5 kitchen priorities are met, resolve incidents occurring during service, and supervise staff adherence to the 5\+5 standards. \- Create and maintain a healthy work environment based on company values, as reflected through employee morale.
