CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR Objective: Efficiently supervise and control the organization's resources, taking into account associated costs, committed deadlines, involved personnel, and all applicable legal provisions. Responsibilities: \- Coordinate team members' responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and strategies. \- Efficiently manage resources assigned by the organization to fulfill contractual obligations. \- Prepare reports related to one's area of expertise, including project progress and cost control. \- Ensure proper execution of construction work, both in terms of schedule adherence and material quality. \- Read and respond to all daily emails and requests related to the civil works department. \- Review project blueprints prior to submission for approval. \- Plan, together with one's supervisor, strategies and details for projects under one's responsibility. \- Maintain electronic backups of all sent and received documentation. \- Monitor daily progress of construction works. Requirements: \- Proven experience of 1 to 2 years as a civil construction site resident. \- Desired experience in industrial construction projects. \- Strong ability to work collaboratively in teams. \- Effective communication with on-site teams and clients. \- Effective communication with headquarters.
