DESCRIPTION **Job Description: Welder** ------------------------------------ **Location:** Querétaro, Mexico **Area:** Field work / Service networks **Main activity:** Replacement and renewal of service connections in public streets ### **General Description** The Welder will be responsible for performing welding tasks in the field for the replacement, repair, and adaptation of service connections on streets. The worker must carry out cutting, joining, and assembly of pipes or metal components according to established technical and safety standards, ensuring proper connection and operation of the modified lines. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform welding on metal pipes or components used in utility service connections (water, gas, or similar). * Carry out cutting, joining, and repair work in the field following blueprints, sketches, or supervisor instructions. * Prepare and clean surfaces prior to welding, ensuring high-quality joints. * Assist in disassembling and reassembling existing service connections for replacement. * Verify alignment, level, and tightness of newly installed connections. * Operate welding tools and cutting equipment (SMAW, oxy-fuel, or others) safely. * Comply with safety protocols for street work, including signage, traffic control, and use of PPE. * Report progress, incidents, and material requirements to the site supervisor. * Maintain order at the work site and take care of assigned equipment. ### **Requirements** * Proven experience as a welder in field projects or public street work. * Proficiency in welding processes (SMAW, MIG, TIG, or as required by project). * Knowledge of installation and replacement of service connections. * Ability to work outdoors under variable conditions. * Understanding of industrial and traffic safety measures. * Availability to travel to different locations within Querétaro. ### **Desirable Competencies** * Precision and quality in work. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Responsibility and focus on safety. * Adaptability to field work and working under pressure.

Main Responsibility: Lead, coach, and mentor the Credit and Collection Team for Nilfisk North America to ensure high\-quality, timely, and compliant debt collection across the order\-to\-cash cycle, acting as the financial liaison between Customers, Sales, and Customer Care. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members engaged in collecting overdue payments. Lead, coach, mentor, and support the team, including setting performance goals and development plans. Assist directly with collection activities when needed. Track, analyze, and resolve outstanding payment issues based on standardized reporting. Support and serve as backup for the Credit Analyst. Develop, implement, and maintain accounts receivable systems, procedures, and policies in alignment with company guidelines. Ensure the team meets KPI goals and complies with company standards. Deliver regular reports on collection performance to management. Minimize bad debt by closely monitoring customer accounts. Foster strong business relationships with stakeholders across all levels to encourage proactive resolution. Participate and take leadership roles in ad\-hoc group projects and continuous improvement initiatives for the order\-to\-cash process. Experience Required:* Experience leading or supervising credit, collections, or accounts receivable teams. * Experience within the order\-to\-cash cycle (billing to collections). * Experience handling overdue accounts, payment disputes, and performance reporting. * Experience participating in process improvement or cross\-functional financial projects. * Experience interacting with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Care) and external customers. Qualifications \& Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and team\-development skills. Solid knowledge of accounts receivable, credit, and collections processes. Ability to analyze reports, monitor KPIs, and present performance updates. Skills in developing and maintaining systems, policies, and procedures.
