As Maintenance Team Leader, you will drive operational reliability and continuous improvement. You will coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime, leading technical teams and collaborating across departments to hit safety, quality, and productivity targets.
Responsibilities* Execution: Lead the maintenance cycle (PM/PdM/CM), prioritizing safety and equipment availability.
* Continuous Improvement: Conduct RCA to eliminate recurring failures and optimize maintenance plans (DMS).
* Autonomous Maintenance: Train and empower operators to perform first\-level maintenance tasks.
* Management: Oversee spare parts inventory, budgets, and contractor performance.
* Reporting: Track KPIs (UPDT, MTTR), lead 5S audits, and manage technical onboarding/training.
* Innovation: Partner with Engineering on automation, cybersecurity, and obsolescence projects.
Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related
* At least 3\+ years of experience leading maintenance/operations in a manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in PLC programming, pneumatics, mechanics, and SAP (PM/MM).
* Strong grasp of RCA, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality Control.
* Intermediate English.
Preferred Qualifications* Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.
* Assertive communication, adaptability, and a data\-driven mindset.
