Opportunity for professional development **Location:** Ciudad del Sol, Querétaro (ZIP Code 76116\) **Employment Type:** Full-time **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; one Saturday per month, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **What You’ll Do:** * Coordinate CEDIS logistics: goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. * Lead the warehouse team and ensure compliance with procedures. * Manage replenishment and track purchase orders with suppliers. * Conduct physical and cycle inventories, monitoring shrinkage and variances. * Monitor warehouse KPIs (inventory accuracy, productivity, order picking time). * Implement continuous improvement (5S, Kaizen, Lean). * Train staff and ensure proper use of PPE, forklifts, and pallet jacks. * Support HR administrative tasks and documentation for the department. **What We Require from You:** * Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related degree (with professional license). * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, CEDIS, or supply chain operations. * Experience leading teams. * Proficiency in inventory systems and intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, or Lean (preferred). * Organized, proactive, and leadership-oriented individual. * Availability to work one Saturday per month. **What We Offer:** * Base salary of **$18,000 MXN per month**. * **Monthly bonus of $2,000 MXN** (starting from the third month). * **Grocery vouchers** of approximately $900 MXN per month (between the 2nd and 4th month of employment). * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, vacation premium). * **Salary increase** after 1 year of service. * Stable work environment and opportunity for professional growth.
