Manage the complete consultative sales cycle. **Position Objective (Location: QRO, LEÓN, SILAO, CELAYA)** Develop and consolidate commercial alliances for the sale of industrial filters, filtration equipment, and oil cleaning solutions, promoting the implementation of cleanliness standards (ISO 4406\) to extend the service life of hydraulic systems and reduce operational costs in manufacturing plants. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospect and develop industrial customers in key sectors: automotive, home appliances, plastic injection, and metal-mechanical. * Identify opportunities within maintenance, engineering, and MRO departments in production plants. * Promote hydraulic filtration, offline filtration, and oil contamination control solutions. * Interpret and communicate cleanliness codes under standards such as ISO 4406, explaining their impact on equipment reliability. * Train customers on the importance of clean oil as a critical factor for operational efficiency. * Build long-term business relationships with decision-makers (maintenance, engineering, and procurement managers). * Identify recurring failures associated with contamination and propose technical solutions. * Coordinate pilot tests, oil monitoring, and field validation of results. * Manage the complete consultative sales cycle (need identification → proposal → closing → follow-up).
