




Job Summary: Hotel Cleviá is seeking a Systems Manager to design, maintain, and administer technological infrastructure, ensure cybersecurity, and supervise technical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and maintain hotel technology infrastructure 2. Administer operating systems and ensure cybersecurity 3. Coordinate vendor management and technology projects Hotel Cleviá requires a Systems Manager responsible for: * Designing and maintaining the hotel's technology infrastructure (servers, networks, Wi\-Fi, CCTV, etc.). * Administering the hotel's operating systems (PMS, POS, PBX, access control, video surveillance, etc.). * Supervising end-user technical support (front desk, administration, maintenance, food and beverage, etc.). * Ensuring cybersecurity: antivirus, firewall, data backup, and disaster recovery. * Coordinating technology, telecommunications, and internet vendor management. * Managing the IT department budget and participating in technology projects. * Documenting network infrastructure, security policies, and support procedures. * Supervising IT staff (if applicable) and coordinating training on utilized technologies. * Ensuring compliance with legal regulations regarding data protection. * Coordinating and supervising technical support to efficiently and promptly resolve hardware, software, and network issues. * Providing ongoing employee training on proper use of computer systems. * Participating in the planning and implementation of technology projects to improve hotel operational efficiency. * Evaluating and proposing the purchase of new equipment or software aligned with hotel needs. * Coordinating with technology vendors to ensure correct installation, maintenance, and updating of computer systems. * Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with technology service providers. * Generating periodic reports on system status and proposing improvements. * Analyzing the technology infrastructure and providing recommendations to optimize performance. * Ensuring all systems comply with internal policies and hospitality industry regulations concerning technology and data protection.
