




Position Summary: Ensure profitable operations of Dermabalance branches by supervising customer service, managing inventory, and guaranteeing compliance with processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise daily operations and customer service standards. 2. Manage multi-branch inventory and handle product expiration dates. 3. Coordinate procurement, orders, and track commercial performance. **Objective** Ensure standardized and profitable operations of Dermabalance branches through inventory and procurement control, customer service supervision, commercial execution, and adherence to operational processes—guaranteeing product availability, specialized shopping experience, and achievement of sales targets. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily branch operations to ensure process compliance, service standards, and correct opening/closing procedures. * Manage multi\-branch inventory: physical counts, variances, adjustments, and stock reliability (Returns process) * Manage expiration dates by applying FIFO, stock rotation, and displacement strategies to prevent shrinkage. * Coordinate procurement and orders based on sales, product turnover, and seasonality of dermatological products. * Track team commercial performance: targets, average transaction value, conversion rate, and consultative selling. Coordinate relevant training sessions to ensure proper functioning. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, or Business * Technical competencies: Intermediate Excel (reporting and analysis), Advanced Plus / Retail KPIs / Inventory control (FIFO, turnover, shrinkage) / Consultative selling strategies / Basic visual merchandising * Prior experience: 2–4 years supervising retail points of sale or multi\-branch operations, specialized retail, pharmacy, or beauty sectors.
