SECURITY SUPERVISOR **Position Profile:** Asset Security Supervisor **Location:** Ventramex Plant, Querétaro. **Department:** Asset Security / Corporate Security. 1\. Position Objective Safeguard and protect the physical integrity of personnel, facilities, and assets of Flex\-N\-Gate Mexico. Supervise the daily operations of the security force and ensure business continuity through compliance with internal protocols, international standards, and efficient management of vehicle resources and statistical reporting. 2\. Candidate Profile **1\. Education:** Completed high school diploma or technical degree. **2\. Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years of experience in asset security supervision roles within an industrial environment. **3\. Languages:** Basic–intermediate English (ability to perform basic corporate reporting and communication). **4\. Critical Skills:** Discipline, strong sense of punctuality, team leadership, and crisis management. **5\. Technical Knowledge:** A. Operation of CCTV systems and patrol monitoring. B. Solid knowledge of C\-TPAT and OEA certifications. C. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and corporate security portals. D. Fleet vehicle administration. 3\. Key Responsibilities 1\. Operational Supervision and Access Control A. Organize and schedule security officers’ roles, posts, and activities according to plant requirements. B. Maintain strict and up-to-date records of entries and exits (materials, vehicles, visitors, contractors, and suppliers). C. Ensure weighing scale control for all materials entering or exiting the plant. D. Guarantee that all suppliers enter the plant wearing full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), verifying compliance across all shifts. 2\. Asset Management and Administration **A. Administer and control utility vehicles:** from supply requisition to preventive maintenance scheduling and current legal procedures. B. Monitor entry/exit forms for tools and vehicles to prevent loss. C. Identify and report perimeter or process vulnerabilities to prevent theft or property damage. 3\. Compliance, Regulations, and Logistics A. Ensure implementation and adherence to Security, C\-TPAT\-OEA policies. B. Support internal audits and maintain updated documentation evidence folders. C. Coordinate the Executive Protection team’s logistics and operational support for executive transportation. 4\. Emergency Response and Reporting A. Serve as a key support resource during emergencies or plant evacuations, following established protocols. B. Respond to incident reports affecting company assets. C. Log daily incidents into the Corporate Security Portal (Resolver). D. Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and statistics to the Security Management team.
