Job Responsibilities * Ensure consistent and appropriate supply of materials required for production by generating, reviewing, and submitting precise and optimal requisitions to suppliers. * Coordinate the dispatch of materials required by the Customer—accurately identified and documented in accordance with departmental procedures and applicable legal regulations—to meet delivery schedules; as well as administer the Finished Goods warehouse. * Interpret transaction data (862, 830, 850, 856, and 997) within CMS and on customer portals; use these transactions to track daily shipments, issue ASNs, and ensure correct transmission. * Ensure required documentation is sent to the customer per their requirements: ASN, BOL, INVOICE, Carta Porte, etc. * Coordinate shipments of products and components to automotive customers, ensuring agreed delivery timelines are met and packaging requirements comply with engineering-provided packaging standards. * Prepare and maintain necessary shipping documentation—including commercial invoices, customs documents, packaging instructions, etc.—ensuring completeness and compliance with regulations and legal requirements. * Conduct continuous shipment tracking to ensure adherence to delivery timelines and resolve any issues or delays arising during the process; keep customers and internal teams informed about shipment progress. * Ensure inventory, shipment preparation, billing, and ASN transmission transactions in CMS are performed accurately and within the time windows required by customers. * Retain evidence of loading conditions—and, where applicable, unloading conditions—as well as any other events deemed necessary during the shipment process. * Track corrective action plans established to resolve any customer satisfaction-related issues. * Manage and ensure training for direct reports. * Ensure adherence to Finished Goods warehouse organization standards and drive continuous improvement. Position Requirements * Bachelor’s degree and/or Engineering degree. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Familiarity with customer portals assigned to the role. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Working knowledge of ERP systems (CMS, SAP, Oracle, etc.) in customer and MRP modules. * Knowledge of ISOTS16949, ISO 14001\_v2015, MMOG & C\-TPAT standards and/or requirements. * Knowledge and application of problem-solving tools (e.g., 5 Whys, 8D, etc.).
