**We are looking for your talent!** Join our team to work in a creative and multidisciplinary environment with professionals from the United States, Denmark, Hungary, and others. **Main Responsibility:** Lead industrialization and continuous improvement activities to optimize assembly processes, ensure operational efficiency, mitigate safety risks, and provide direct production support through the implementation of lean manufacturing methodologies, technical documentation, and performance indicator tracking. **Experience:** Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing processes, or continuous improvement roles within assembly environments. Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and line balancing. **Functions and Responsibilities:** **Industrialization and Continuous Improvement**: * Conduct time studies, operation balancing, takt time and cycle time calculations. * Monitor process efficiency and implement work methods that increase productivity. * Perform GEMBA walks to identify opportunities for improvement in assembly. * Conduct ergonomic assessments and optimize production layouts. * Implement Kaizen events, quick kaizens, and 5S in work areas. * Manage production line transfers and procurement of tools, fixtures, and assembly devices. * Request quotations and manage equipment purchase requisitions under OPEX and CAPEX guidelines. **Production Support**: * Resolve floor issues related to assembly methods, BOM discrepancies, and work devices. * Respond to and manage andon calls from the manufacturing area. **Documentation**: * Create and maintain work instructions, deviation forms, and layout modification records. * Participate in problem solving and internal system validations. * Collaborate with Quality and R\&D in generating PRs. * Track and update KPIs. **Monitoring and Reporting**: * Participate in follow-up meetings and present results on scorecards, SQDC, ECNs, and validations. **Integrated Management System**: * Comply with and carry out responsibilities according to the company's implemented Integrated Management System. **Competencies:** * Solid knowledge of time and motion studies, ergonomics, and layout optimization. * Ability to generate technical documentation (work instructions, deviations, KPIs). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the production floor. * Proficiency in continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies. * Effective communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, risk assessment, ECN). * Proficient in MS Office and CAD software (desirable). * English: advanced. **What sets us apart?** At Nilfisk, we know great employees make a great company.
