Requirements: Technical degree in maintenance or related field. 1–2 years of experience in advanced preventive and corrective maintenance. Experience in general, electrical, and mechanical maintenance. Valid driver’s license. Flexible availability regarding working hours. Punctuality and responsibility. Knowledge: Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. Electrical installations. Air conditioning maintenance. Painting work. Plumbing knowledge. Basic handling of maintenance tools and equipment. Responsibilities: Execute maintenance orders according to established procedures. Plan and document maintenance activities. Manage inventories of tools, materials, and equipment. Supervise and ensure proper installation of new equipment.
