This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests. Problem resolution may involve using approved diagnostic and support tools, as well as providing hands-on desktop-level assistance. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Proven experience of 2 to 4 years in the field. * Knowledge of basic computer hardware and application software. * Proficiency with database applications and administrative systems. * Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Organizational and time management skills. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines. * Strong service orientation, teamwork, and proactive attitude. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Solid decision-making skills. * Focus on internal customer service. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Detail-oriented individual committed to work quality. **Job Responsibilities:** * Administration and operation of the IT site, ensuring its availability, security, and proper functioning. * Provision of first-level support, performing initial diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of incidents and technical issues. * Timely escalation of unresolved incidents to the appropriate support team, ensuring adequate information transfer. * Primary support for software and network services within a Microsoft Windows environment. * Monitoring, tracking, and managing all pending incidents and requests, ensuring their proper resolution or keeping users informed of their status. * Notifying relevant management of critical incidents, their impact, and implemented resolutions. * Utilizing server, network, and system monitoring tools for daily IT infrastructure management. * Maintaining availability for support calls. * Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, security standards, and applicable regulations. * Recording, documenting, and tracking help desk requests, including resolution processes, decisions made (successful or not), and communication of solutions to the IT team.
