Ensure that production-related equipment operates properly to meet customer requirements. Identify and resolve issues with production-related equipment. Prepare purchase requisitions for maintenance department spare parts. Support the Area Manager in selecting and developing external suppliers. Willingness to participate in training programs. Preventive maintenance and equipment repair must be performed on time and to the required quality standards to prevent workplace accidents and production schedule delays. Complete and supervise tasks under the preventive maintenance program. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of ISO Quality Systems. Adjust machine parameters (presses, robots, etc.). Full availability to troubleshoot and support the Production area. Apply industrial safety policies and criteria. Follow safety rules and generate improvement ideas and 5S initiatives. Correctly implement the Emergency Response Procedure. Participate in Safety Brigades. To request spare parts. To contract external maintenance services.
