




**Job Responsibilities:** * Adherence to sanitary and safety procedures. * Teamwork. * Prior experience in effective food rotation at assigned stations (FIFO). * Ability to properly operate kitchen equipment and utensils. * Knowledge of and adherence to food preparation quality standards. * Ability to prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, including special events. * Excellent communication with other stations to coordinate service timing. * Completion of tasks assigned by supervisors. * Experience in setting up and breaking down stations. * Ability to follow standardized recipes and place purchase requisitions for specific supplies. * Efficient inventory management and station cleanliness. * Labeling and dating of food production. * Commitment to cleanliness and order in the work area. * Knowledge of and understanding of the restaurant’s concept to maintain standards when developing new dishes or seasonal specials.
