P.º de la Reforma 155, Lomas – Virreyes Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **GOmart** is seeking a **Category Manager with experience in convenience stores**, focused on optimizing space, assortment, and profitability through planograms aligned with consumer behavior. **Job Objective** Design, execute, and optimize category strategy for convenience stores, ensuring a relevant and profitable offering (space, time, and impulse), aligned with consumption trends through the use of planograms. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop category plans by region, store type, and consumer profile. * Analyze sales, inventory, average transaction value, and product mix for decisions based on **profitability per cm²**. * Define and implement efficient assortment (core and seasonal), pricing, and promotions. * Design and implement **planograms adapted to convenience store formats**. * Optimize high-turnover and impulse-purchase products. **Essential Requirements** * Experience as a **Category Manager / CATMAN** in convenience stores or small-format retail. * **Proficiency in planogram software** (mandatory). * Analytical profile, results-oriented, and data-driven decision-making. **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $32,000 * 30-day year-end bonus * Statutory benefits. * Minor medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. * Job stability and professional growth.
