




Position Summary: We are seeking an ethical professional with negotiation skills and analytical thinking to lead administrative management, ensuring efficient financial processes and tax compliance. Your mission will be to guarantee efficient and controlled financial processes, ensuring operational continuity under the highest standards of quality and tax compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * **Financial management and control:** Supervise and control billing, collections, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activities. * **Legal and tax compliance:** Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and current tax regulations. * **Process optimization:** Propose and implement improvements in administrative procedures to optimize time and operational costs. * **Strategic reporting:** Prepare and present periodic financial reports to General Management, facilitating data-driven decision-making. * **Interdepartmental collaboration:** Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Procurement departments to ensure an efficient billing and collection flow. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (Mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in administrative management or financial supervision roles, with expertise in collection cycles and treasury operations. * **Systems (ERP):** Solid knowledge of administrative and accounting management software (e.g., Microsip, SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in electronic invoicing. * **Skills:** Advanced Excel, analytical thinking, and risk-based approach. * **Competencies:** Team leadership, professional ethics, confidentiality, organization, and meticulous attention to detail. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Accuracy and timeliness in delivery of financial statements and invoicing. * Average response time to internal administrative processes. * Compliance and efficiency in supplier payment scheduling. **We Offer** * **Salary:** Competitive, based on experience. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits from day one. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (with 1-hour lunch break), and Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. * **Stability:** Growth opportunity within a company with documented processes and a focus on continuous improvement.
