Objective: Plan, organize, and direct the management of the institution’s financial, human, technological, and material resources. Its primary mission is to ensure operational efficiency and the financial health of the company through strict expenditure control, optimization of administrative processes, and transparency in asset management—always ensuring that operations have the necessary resources to maintain medical quality standards and patient safety. Responsibilities: Oversee cash inflows and outflows, prioritizing critical payments and managing collections from physicians, distributors, and patients. Ensure procurement of medical and administrative supplies at optimal cost and quality. Guarantee timely payroll disbursement and compliance with employer obligations (social security, taxes). Protect company assets (buildings, heavy medical equipment, ambulances) and manage civil and professional liability insurance policies (malpractice). Supervise that information systems (ERP, payroll, inventory) function properly and that administrative data remains complete and secure. Ensure all contracts (leases, services, employment) are in order and protect the legal standing of the corporation against third parties. Requirements: Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree with official title and professional license in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics. Desirable: Certifications in Auditing, such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or diplomas in internal auditing. Taxation Diploma: Updated knowledge of current tax reforms. Lean Management or Six Sigma certifications: For optimizing operational processes and reducing waste in the clinic. Technical and Administrative Knowledge: Budget Preparation and Control: Ability to design annual budgets and monitor monthly variances. Profitability Analysis by Cost Center: Understanding the costs and returns generated by each department (Stem Cell Laboratory, Operating Room, Outpatient Clinic). Procurement and Supplier Management: Negotiation and bidding techniques for high-cost supplies. ERP System Management: Proficiency in systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or hospital-specific systems. Tax and Labor Regulations: In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and tax legislation. Medical Inventory Management: Stock control, reorder points for critical supplies, and expiry date management.
