




Job Summary: This role focuses on preparing and recording purchase orders, invoices, bank transactions, and generating financial reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of purchase orders and invoices. 2. Preparation of monthly financial reports. 3. Review of payment complements and invoices. Purchase order preparation Supplier invoice entry Recording of travel reimbursements and petty cash Bank transaction entry Monthly reporting (accounts payable report, reimbursements, AMEX card reconciliation, closing files).
