Development and Application Project Management Intern We are seeking a student of **Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field**, with **intermediate-to-advanced** English proficiency and knowledge in **manufacturing**, **blueprint interpretation**, and **process analysis**. This position is ideal for someone interested in continuous improvement and in developing digital solutions to optimize data analysis. Knowledge and skills Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. Interest in automation and tools such as **VBA**, **Power BI**, and **databases**. Ability to structure technical information clearly and systematically. Capability to develop digital solutions that support decision-making. Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented attitude. Minimum English level: B2 AutoCAD knowledge Responsibilities Support process analysis and documentation. Organize and transform technical information into formats useful for the team. Collaborate on automating reports and tracking dashboards.
