**We Are Looking for a Cost and Operational Control Engineer** At INTI, we are seeking a person obsessed with understanding how a factory operates, how costs behave, and how to transform daily operations into clear information for making intelligent decisions. What will you do in this role? You will be responsible for designing and controlling the plant's operational\-financial system, integrating production, inventory, costs, consumption, efficiency, and profitability. Your work will have a direct impact on the company's strategic decisions. Among your key challenges will be: * Building and controlling realistic industrial costing models. * Generating reliable KPIs for Executive Management. * Analyzing profitability by product, process, and customer. * Identifying losses, inefficiencies, and operational variances. * Validating information directly on the shop floor. * Ensuring inventory and operational data reliability. * Promoting correct use of Odoo as the master information system. * Translating complex data into concrete business decisions. What we are looking for: * Industrial, Process, Mechanical, Finance, Actuarial Engineering or related field. * Experience in industrial costing and manufacturing plants. * Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Odoo. * Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking. * Ability to build structures and models from scratch. * Critical mindset and results-oriented focus. * Genuine interest in understanding operations—not just observing them from behind a desk. **This position is ideal for someone who:** Enjoys uncovering problems no one else sees, questioning numbers, deeply understanding processes, and transforming fragmented information into operational control and real profitability.
