Develop and guide HR Global Operations MX team POSITION OBJECTIVE Position responsible for planning, organizing, managing and controlling all HR Global Services activities for Mexico Operations. Responsible for cascade Global strategies in MX related to global services, making sure that the deployment is the correct one. Act as the voice of Mexico region to influence the Global Services strategies. Is responsible to create, update and maintain Strategies aligned to the requirements and priorities that the organization defines in the timeline. Will support, develop and guide the HR Global Operations MX team, providing feedback, training and experiences inside their role or news, for their own growth. **LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:** Offer Directors and Management team guidance related to Global Services strategies. Enhance the User Experience (Employee Experience) to encourage the usage of self\-service\- MyBRP for Mexico region including the Mobile App Launch Maintain team operational stability and business continuity in Mexico. Develop HR MX Global Services team as part of continuous improvement Develop a strong network with key stakeholders. Support team on workload prioritization Maintain the right approach in terms of HR Technology developments for MX System (PIDA) Ensure the right strategies for Data Quality. Assure all team continues reaching consistently KPI’s Maintain an environment of trust, respect and collaboration within and across teams Lead continuous improvement projects assigned to the team making sure that the implementation is successful and on time. Ensure a good work environment by following up the Officevibe tool. Provide transactional support for various processes in the region and Globally. Proactively identify cases that require further investigation, documentation or update for continuous improvement perspectives and projects. Be an active participant and ambassador of the Next Gen and M25 strategies. Follow BRP values and behaviors. Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics. Enforce Quality BRP policy. **LANGUAGE:** Fluent in Spanish written and verbal. English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially French or german is an advantage.
