Diverse entry and career opportunities **Summary** Profile with experience in manufacturing systems, quality, production control, personnel management, work teams, and continuous improvement systems. **Tasks and Responsibilities** * Responsible for fostering a safety culture among supervised personnel to safeguard their health and integrity. Generate accident and/or incident reports to identify root causes. * Achieve production plan targets. * Manage personnel, ensuring timely recording of attendance incidents in the TRESS system, so payroll is processed accurately and on time. Submit position change requests and performance evaluations on schedule. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on KPIs (OEE, Production Plan vs. Actual Production, Scrap Rate %, Absenteeism). * Conduct absenteeism interviews with operational staff to monitor absenteeism and personnel turnover. * Daily meetings with support departments, tracking action plans and daily indicators. * Lead A3 reports to identify root causes of quality issues. * Submit position change requests and performance evaluations on schedule. * Manage, control, and organize production inventory (physical vs. SAP). **Education / Qualifications** * Industrial or Mechanical Engineering degree or related field. * Advanced English. * Manufacturing systems, quality, production control, personnel management, work teams, continuous improvement systems. * Core tools. * Line balancing. * Problem-solving analysis. * TRESS, SAP, Office. * ISO 14001 / IATF. * Conflict management. * Interpersonal skills. * Personnel management. * Time management. **What We Offer** In addition to future prospects within our growing global family-owned company, Mubea offers opportunities for continuous development, actively supporting your ideas and goals.
