




**PERSONNEL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY** OPERATIONS COORDINATOR **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field * Experience managing personnel * Availability to work 24/7 * Process-oriented mindset * Sense of urgency * Customer service skills * Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor punctually performance, loads, and authorized mileage. * Report any type of incident before, during, and after service delivery. * Update staffing templates weekly and send information to logistics staff. * Record incidents occurred during services in reports. * Ensure timely completion of assignments loaded in SIGO. * Schedule and ensure vehicles arrive at workshops for preventive and/or corrective maintenance. * Implement actions resulting from solutions to customer complaints. * Ensure operators complete trainings according to the program established by human resources and road safety teams. * Supervise that operators are in optimal conditions. * Provide incident information to management department. * Maintain communication with cabin area regarding incidents during routes. * Other duties as assigned. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly base salary $13,000 gross * Savings fund 2% * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers $950 monthly * Internal medical service * Growth opportunities Schedule: MIXED (schedule availability required) Rotating day off, depending on facility and/or client **Apply through this channel!**
