More information is available at www.averydennison.com. **Job Description** **Job Summary** Located at our Avery Dennison Smartrac Querétaro facility and reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. The selected candidate will enjoy professional development as part of a new team within a growing industry. The objective of the Facilities and Maintenance team is to maintain "business as usual" for plant operations through modern maintenance systems and to continuously improve equipment availability/reliability to manufacture high-quality products safely and profitably. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate the maintenance die room efficiently and within agreed budgetary limits. * Conduct monthly and annual tool room inventory. * Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of the plant/equipment and their conditions. * Supervise the tool room and die room to ensure safe operation, thereby mitigating risks and preventing accidents. **Requirements** **Qualifications and Skills** * Technical degree in Engineering or related discipline. * +3 years of experience in die maintenance, preferably in the Flexography industry or similar. * Strategic planning capability and strong organizational sense, with a results-oriented mindset. * Continuous improvement and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Additional Information** AVERY DENNISON PROVIDES EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES All eligible applicants will be considered for this opportunity regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other protected status.
