**Job Description**
As a warehouse group leader, your responsibilities will focus on supporting the supervisor of the assigned area by coordinating necessary activities to ensure material flow and meet performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
1\. Coordinate component processing according to the daily operations schedule, ensuring material availability.
2\. Ensure the use of system reports, order tracking, and implement necessary adjustments in case of discrepancies.
3\. Verify that material movement transactions in the SAP system are performed correctly, ensuring the system consistently reflects accurate quantities and locations of materials.
4\. Plan required resources and coordinate activities of assigned personnel.
5\. Implement actions focused on maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse area based on the 5S discipline.
6\. Fulfill responsibilities outlined in management system documentation.
7\. Know and apply Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental policies, including the following responsibilities:
a) Comply with applicable legal and corporate requirements.
b) Comply with safety procedures applicable to your area.
c) Participate in training sessions and drills scheduled according to the risk level of your area.
d) Participate in safety and environmental programs.
**Requirements**
High school diploma or incomplete engineering degree
English proficiency desirable
1–3 years of experience in similar roles
Inventory handling and control
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Safe operation of industrial vehicles desirable
Experience managing unionized personnel desirable
Chemical handling experience desirable
SAP system experience desirable
