VETERINARY ASSISTANT MANAGER Objective: Support the efficient and profitable operation of veterinary hospitals and/or clinics by providing high-quality service, with pet health and customer satisfaction as top priorities. Responsibilities: * Conduct clinical and nutritional consultations, and follow up on patient treatments. * Provide preventive medicine services. * Collect samples, perform diagnostic tests, and interpret results. * Perform surgeries and other hospital medical services (where applicable). * Prescribe medications according to diagnosis. * Maintain up-to-date patient medical records. * Assist in pharmacy product sales when necessary. * Identify service improvement opportunities and propose actions. * Collaborate with the store team to improve overall results. Requirements: * Education: Licensed Veterinarian (MVZ) with professional license. * Experience in small-animal clinical practice and preventive medicine, primarily dogs and cats. * Inventory, budget, marketing, and shrinkage management. * Pharmacology and commercial products. * Team integration or personnel management. * Small-animal nutrition and commercial pet foods. * Surgeries, sample collection, clinical analysis, and result interpretation.
