ONGOING TRAINING, PROFESSIONAL AND ECONOMIC GROWTH, AND A PLEASANT WORK ENVIRONMENT. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform services and site visits according to the assigned schedule. Prepare daily field service reports based on completed services. Report customer requirements to the Operations Supervisor. Ensure assigned equipment, tools, and materials remain fully operational. Respond to customer requests regarding services and documentation. Report daily activities to the Operations Supervisor. Report areas for improvement concerning assigned equipment, tools, and materials to the Operations Supervisor, aiming to fulfill assigned services effectively. ACTIVITIES: Review service calendars at the beginning of each month. Request materials from the Operations Supervisor at the beginning of each month. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices in daily tasks. Maintain materials, vehicles, equipment, and tools in good condition for service delivery. Maintain a clean and professional service appearance (Rodent Control Equipment, Light Traps, Signage, and Accessories). Participate in customer audits. Review the customer’s operational folder.
