WE OFFER: * Monthly gross salary of $20,000 MXN, equivalent to $16,852 MXN net per month via payroll. * $4,000 MXN in food vouchers. * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) coverage. * 100% contribution to IMSS based on your full salary. * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Paid vacation days. * Vacation premium (prima vacacional). * Profit-sharing (PTU). * Life insurance. * Annual performance bonus equal to one month’s net salary. * $500 MXN school supplies allowance per child, delivered during the first biweekly pay period of August. Requirements: * Availability to attend the aforementioned location. * Minimum one year of experience (two years preferred) as a payroll analyst. * Proficiency in at least one payroll calculation software. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Thorough knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and Income Tax (ISR). * High level of confidentiality. * Accuracy in data handling and attention to detail. * Ability to manage large volumes of information. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for audits. * Participate in the information validation process. * Support validation of labor taxes and contributions in accordance with current legislation. * Conduct information inquiries on official portals such as SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $20,850.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Company-provided parking * Company phone * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
