Founded by Colonel Sanders in 1952 and entering Mexico in 1963, we invite you to join this great family through the following opportunity arising from expansion. **Civil Construction Maintenance Technician** * **Requirements** * Education: Completed junior high school. * Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience in masonry, plumbing, and painting. * Knowledge of building/structure repair and maintenance. * Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing (desirable but not mandatory for hiring). * Availability to work at various restaurants based in Querétaro (occasional travel to San Juan del Río). **Travel is scheduled and per diems will be provided.** * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Ability to drive a **standard automobile** and possession of a valid driver’s license. * **Responsibilities** * Monitoring and execution of preventive maintenance schedules. * Masonry tasks (floor tiling\-vinyl tile installation, patching, etc.) * Electrical repairs—preferably handling 220-volt systems. * Plumbing and sanitary repairs. * Painting tasks for buildings and exteriors. * **We Offer** * Base salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Meal support. * Overtime pay. * **Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Day off: SUNDAY)** * Standard automobile (gasoline and maintenance support).
