Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic MC/presenter with strong expressive skills and environment control abilities for group dance broadcasts on TikTok Live, responsible for maintaining the energy and fluency of the show. We are seeking an MC/presenter with outstanding expressive ability and environment control to join our TikTok Live group broadcast project focused on dance content. You will be responsible for maintaining energy throughout each broadcast: connecting segments, stimulating interaction, managing pacing, and sustaining the dynamic flow of the live show. Responsibilities: Creating an active atmosphere that boosts audience engagement and retention during the broadcast. Managing interaction, presentation, and overall pacing of the live stream. On-stage coordination with multiple dance streamers, guiding talent segments, conversations, interactive activities, and gifts. Following the schedule defined by the operations team. Handling unexpected situations during the live broadcast while maintaining content fluency/improvisation. Participating in rehearsals, training sessions, and feedback discussions regarding content and performance. Requirements: Must be of legal age. Excellent expressive ability, clear diction, and strong real-time responsiveness. Prior experience as a presenter, show entertainer, announcer, host, or streamer with proven ability to control the environment is preferred. Outgoing personality, charisma, sense of humor, and confidence on camera. Basic understanding of TikTok’s content style or short-video platforms. Experience or training in dance or performing arts is a plus. Strong teamwork capability, with smooth collaboration among dancers and the operations team.
