Additionally, manage the assigned collaborators’ customer portfolio, address their questions, and monitor their accounts. In all cases, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Database analysis skills. Stress tolerance. Strong verbal communication skills. Proactivity.
