Opportunity for growth into formal technical leadership Position Objective Coordinate, review, and elevate the technical level of PLC programming and control systems, ensuring order, quality, and proper execution in multi-site industrial projects. Responsibilities Weekly technical planning for programming. Review and validation of PLC programs prior to testing. Distribution of technical workload across sites. Implementation of internal programming standards. On-site commissioning and testing support. Technical coordination with the Projects department. Ensure clear and structured technical documentation. Technical Requirements 5+ years of experience in industrial PLC programming. Solid experience with Allen Bradley (Studio 5000 / ControlLogix). Experience in real industrial commissioning. Knowledge of SCADA integration (Archestra / System Platform preferred). Experience in manufacturing processes. Ability to review others' technical work. Willingness to travel.
