**ROLES \& RESPONSIBILITIES:** Quality engineer senior. * Coordinate the Performs activities related to HS\&E guideline. * Provide leadership for process control on assembly line. * Monitoring and validation of product audits (Cold Audits) done by technician team. * Monitoring and validation of process audits done by technician team. * Follow\-up cold and process audit findings \- establish inspection strategy (BT procedure). * Provide leadership to quality inspectors and quality technician team. * Support the problem solving process (internal and external). * Elaboration and application of the control plan for the different executions or families of engines. * Keep alive the checklist procedure of the quality gate (MQG Y FQG). * Validate and maintain clean points of containment and improvement actions in the assembly process. (Cut of date/Cut of number/Cut of shipment). * Monitor deviations permit process (Assembly lines impact). * Monitor engineering change request process (ECRs). * Creation and management of engines blocking process (BOs Procedure). * Support to solve non conformities with customers. * Risk evaluation in regards of supplier non conformities. * Provide technical support to IE and tooling department regarding quality of product and its function within the design. * Work closely with engineering and manufacturing team in capacity studies, gage R\&R. * Responsible for de Audit Room (HS\&E, 5S). * Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the department or supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS * 4 strokes combustion engines knowledge * 2 years experience in quality control techniques. * Education: degree in mechanical, manufacturing or industrial engineer. * 80% Bilingual. * Experience on engine assembly line, strong technical background. * PFMEA, CP, PPAP basic level and GD\&T basic level. * Knowledge on measurement equipment. * Strong analytical and focused on problem solving. * Strong drive and motivation. * Travel availability. **LANGUAGE:** Fluent in Spanish written and verbal. English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially French or german is an advantage.
