Ensures the availability of supplies and tools. **GRUPO HS CAPITAL HUMANO is seeking a Procurement and Warehouse Supervisor in Querétaro, Querétaro** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At Grupo HS, we are currently looking for a **PROCUREMENT AND WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR** Requirements: Completed high school education; technical degree in administrative fields Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems Two years of experience in procurement, warehousing, and inventory management Class B driver's license Responsibilities: * Plan, generate, and track purchase orders for supplies based on requisitions from various departments and the procurement calendar, working with pre-approved suppliers or conducting field purchases, negotiating prices, terms, and delivery timelines. * Validate deliveries and invoices, verifying that orders arrive complete, on time, and meet the required quality standards, as well as follow up on clarifications with suppliers. * Maintain records of purchases, expenses, invoices, and payments, and generate weekly and monthly reports. * Maintain inventory control, ensuring warehouse stock levels are optimized, adhering to the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system, and conducting monthly inventories aligned with production and sales needs. * Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and properly arranged. * Supervise efficient resource utilization, ensure the availability of supplies and tools in sales and production areas, and resolve incidents related to orders, deliveries, or supply shortages. * Collaborate closely with partners and operational departments to propose improvements to procurement, inventory, logistics, and quality control processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. ***We Offer:*** ***Base Salary: $18,871 MXN gross per month*** ***Statutory Benefits*** ***Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM*** ***Work Tools*** ***Work Location: Rodríguez Familiar, Bosques del Acueducto, 76020 Santiago de Querétaro, Qro.*** **Desired Education Level:** Higher Education \- Incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-Level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Food Production *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0500f63700002c00857b9d\&source\=indeed*
