Summary: This analytical role focuses on improving payroll accuracy and efficiency through data analysis, KPIs, dashboards, reconciliations, and continuous process improvement. Highlights: 1. Design and maintain KPIs and dashboards General Description Provide analyses, KPIs, dashboards, and reconciliations that improve the accuracy, efficiency, and visibility of the payroll process. Document and standardize processes (SOPs, workflows) and drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives. Analytical role that supports managerial decision\-making and coordinates with Process Audit to correlate trends. Experience and Education * 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or process improvement. * Payroll experience desirable (not required). * Experience documenting processes. * Degree in Accounting (preferred). * English proficiency: 80%. Knowledge and Skills * Advanced Excel; Power Query / Power BI preferred. * Data analysis and management of large data volumes. * Basic knowledge of payroll and accounting. * Basic data modeling and storytelling with metrics. Key Responsibilities * Design and maintain KPIs and dashboards (error rate, SLA, overtime, trends). * Perform cycle\-to\-cycle variance analysis. * Execute reconciliations of payroll\-related accounting accounts. * Document SOPs, process maps, and RACI matrices; promote standardization. * Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities. * Prepare visualization reports for Management and HR. * Support internal and external audits with evidence and metrics. * Collaborate with Audit to explain root causes and trends. * Quality, Safety, and Compliance * Participate in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements applicable to the role in accordance with ISO 9001:2015\. * Comply with safety rules established according to the role. * Complete required quality and training\-related courses on time. * Identify and report any quality or compliance issues and support corrective actions.
