Supplier coordination and budgetary control **Cushman \& Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Manager in San José Iturbide, Guanajuato** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ***Industrial Facilities Manager*** Job Objective Responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and continuous operation of industrial facilities by leading maintenance activities, supplier administration, budgetary control, safety, and infrastructure—ensuring compliance with operational, regulatory, and safety standards. Requirements * Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related degree. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management within industrial plants or manufacturing environments. * Experience managing suppliers and service contracts. * Knowledge of: * HVAC systems * Electrical systems * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Occupational health and safety * Civil protection * General services management * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. * Budget management and cost control. * Intermediate/advanced English (preferred). * KPI tracking and continuous improvement. Responsibilities * Supervise the operation and maintenance of industrial facilities. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and civil protection regulations. * Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, and general services providers. * Manage infrastructure projects and operational improvements. * Administer operating and CAPEX budgets. * Implement energy-saving and operational efficiency strategies. * Ensure plant operational continuity. * Prepare reports, performance indicators, and action plans.
