If you are proactive, have strong sales skills, and enjoy direct customer interaction, this is your opportunity! ### **Salary and Bonuses** * **Base salary:** $9,100 per month * (Weekly payments of $1,776 net) **Additional bonuses:** Up to $3,000 monthly for punctuality and attendance Performance bonus (30% of regional average) Annual seniority bonus (one week's salary) ### **Benefits and Perks** * **Christmas bonus:** 28 days * **Vacation bonus:** 25% annually * **IMSS:** 100% coverage * **Life insurance** * **Savings fund:** 5% * **Extra support:** Electronic gift cards and movie tickets ### **Main Responsibilities** In this role, you will be responsible for various activities that are key to the success of our sales team: * **Visit and serve clients in rural communities** * Your main goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers by offering solutions tailored to their needs. * **Manage credit forms and review documentation** * Attention to detail will be required to ensure all documents are accurate and complete. * **Assist in collections and cash handling** * Ensure all transactions are carried out efficiently and accurately. * **Conduct field visits (assigned routes)** * Your proactivity and willingness to travel will be essential.
