Médica Santa Carmen, Mexico’s largest-impact renal healthcare network—with eleven clinics across the Bajío region and Mexico City—is seeking top-tier Nurses to join our team in Jurica, Querétaro. We seek individuals who embody utmost honesty, professional ethics, intelligence, and motivation to grow and excel. This position requires foundational knowledge, education, and experience related to: \+ Knowledge of various pathologies and how to intervene as a nurse \+ Comprehensive head-to-toe assessment of all organ systems and functions in our patients \+ Aseptic techniques, infection control, and strict hygiene practices \+ Measurement of vital signs—including pulse, blood pressure, weight, height, oxygenation, etc. \+ Collection of laboratory specimens and sample handling \+ Knowledge of key laboratory tests and imaging studies \+ Administration of medications, including understanding of safety protocols, risks, indications, and administration methods \+ Patient therapy and mobility support—particularly fall prevention \+ Knowledge of tubes, lines, and catheters \+ Wound care and dressing changes \+ Compassion and love These positions carry out daily responsibilities supporting and managing our diverse services focused on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of kidney diseases, including: Hemodialysis Peritoneal Dialysis Laboratory Nephrology Consultation Vascular Procedures The nurse will work collaboratively within a team, embracing our mottos: "We treat better," "Life well-being," and "When the patient is well, we are all well," among others.
