This position requires foundational knowledge, education, and experience related to: \+ Knowledge of various pathologies and nursing interventions \+ Comprehensive head-to-toe assessment of all organ systems and functions in our patients \+ Aseptic techniques, infection control, and strict hygiene practices \+ Measurement of vital signs—including pulse, blood pressure, weight, height, oxygen saturation, etc. \+ Collection of laboratory specimens and sample handling \+ Familiarity with key laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging studies \+ Medication administration and knowledge of safety protocols, risks, indications, and proper administration techniques \+ Patient therapy and mobility support, particularly fall prevention \+ Knowledge of tubes, lines, and catheters \+ Wound care and dressing changes Hemodialysis Peritoneal Dialysis Laboratory Nephrology Consultation Vascular Procedures We prioritize integrity, intelligence, energy, and enthusiasm over years of experience.
