A company in the **manufacturing** sector is seeking a **Payroll Specialist** to join its Finance Department, responsible for the accurate management and administration of payroll and personnel administration processes. Required Profile * **Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting** (mandatory). * Minimum of **3 years’ experience managing payroll** in manufacturing or industrial companies. * Experience managing **weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll**. * Proficiency in **payroll systems** (e.g., CONTPAQi Nóminas, NOI, SAP, Nomipaq, or similar). * Knowledge of **personnel administration** and incident tracking. * Experience calculating: * Income Tax (ISR) * Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) * National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT) * National Workers’ Consumer Credit Institute (FONACOT) * Managing **IMSS employee registrations, cancellations, and salary adjustments**. * Preparation of **final settlements and liquidations**. * Tracking of **incidents, vacations, medical leaves, and overtime**. **Responsibilities** * Calculation and processing of **weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll**. * Review and control of **personnel incidents**. * Fulfillment of **tax and social security obligations** related to payroll. * Generation of **payroll reports and reconciliations**. * Coordination with **Human Resources and Accounting departments**.
